On January 19, 2025, at approximately 7:04 PM, I placed an order for a KFC Large Bucket under Order No. 148. The total amount paid for the order was INR 734; however, the quality and service received were far below my expectations.
Issues Faced:
- Low-Quality Food:
- The taste and quality of the chicken pieces were substandard, and they did not reflect the usual KFC standards.
- Several pieces were stuck together, making it difficult to count whether the correct number of pieces was provided.
- The overall experience made me feel that I wasted my money on this purchase.
- Missing Invoice with Tax Details:
- Despite requesting it, I did not receive an invoice with GST details.
- Your counter staff verbally confirmed the order number but failed to provide a proper bill, which raises concerns about transparency.
- Health Concerns:
- Following the consumption of the meal, my family members and I experienced health issues, which have persisted until today, January 23, 2025.
- This incident has led me to question whether it is safe to consume KFC products in the future.

I kindly request a thorough explanation and resolution regarding the following concerns:
- Billing Transparency:
- Why was a proper tax invoice not provided despite the payment being made in full?
- Food Quality:
- Has KFC’s food quality deteriorated overall, or is this issue specific to the Jasola Mall outlet?
- What measures are being taken to maintain consistency and prevent such quality issues?
- Health & Safety Assurance:
- Given our health issues post-consumption, I seek assurance regarding the hygiene and safety practices followed at your outlets.
