  5. Eliminate Refined Oils:
    • Remove all refined oils from your home immediately to improve your health.
  6. Use Organic Mustard Oil:
    • Incorporate cold-pressed organic mustard oil (Sarso Tel Kacchi Ghani) into your cooking for better health benefits.
  7. Avoid All Forms of Sugar:
